You are now on Jula’s page for whistleblowing.
The whistleblowing system is not a complaint or suggestion box for individual grievances or requests. The system is designed to capture breaches of law, serious violations of Jula’s policies or other irregularities.
Issues relating to grievances or injustices at the work place should be taken up with your immediate supervisor, secondly the supervisor’s manager and thirdly the HR department. However, the whistleblower system can be used in instances when serious grievances are ignored.
Whistleblowers do not need to have conclusive evidence of their suspicions of irregularities or violations before they report their suspicions or fears, however, a whistleblower must be sincere and reports must not be submitted lightly, but must be honest and in good faith.
Statements made with malicious intent or in the knowledge that they are false, as well as abuse of the system by knowingly reporting false information may ultimately constitute a crime that can result in disciplinary action - including termination of employment.
An employee who becomes aware of irregularities or behaviour that does not conform with the company's code of conduct or other policies can, for those who do not believe that the information can be submitted to an immediate supervisor, report the case here on this page, see the “Create new case” tab.
The whistleblower is encouraged to submit the report using his/her name, yet anonymous reports are also possible via the whistleblower channel. Whistleblowing reports are processed and assessed by senior managers at Jula AB’s Legal, Human Resources and Security departments as all three have simultaneous access to the information entered in the system.
The information is managed in a safe manner and is anonymised as soon as the case is submitted. This is achieved by removing any details provided by the reporter from the information about the case in question.
Employees are always welcome to discuss or provide information confidentially directly to the whistleblower group or its individual members, currently:
More information about the whistleblower system can be found under Jula’s ”Policy for whistleblowing” that is now available on JulaNet.
